What’s next?

One of our friendly and experienced staff members will call you within 24 hours. If you receive a call from an unrecognized number with a 479 area code, it’s probably us so don’t ignore it! Once we’ve gotten in contact with you, we will arrange a time to come out and assess the property - you do not need to do anything to the property at all - we will handle all necessary repairs and renovations. After we have seen the property and are interested in buying, we will make an offer. You may take as much time as you like to decide whether or not to accept. There is no obligation to accept the same day. Once you have accepted, we will work with you and a local title company to handle the closing in as little as 7-10 days or on a date of your choosing.
